Question: Do you keep ready to buy stock on premices, where we can just pop in to purchase?

Answer: Unfortunately, we do not keep ready to buy stock, we make our products fresh on each order received on-line to ensure you  receive the best product possible.

Question: How long is the waiting period on orders placed?

Answer: Growing kits - 10 - 15 days (We only make fresh kits once we receive your order)

               Spawn 2kg - 15 - 25 days (Unless we have stock immediatly or sooner, we will notify you on receiving the order)

               Culture: 20 days (Unless we have stock available immediatly or sooner, we will notify you on receiving the order)

Question: What are your shipping options?

Answer: We offer the following shipping options: PostNet to PostNet Courier, Own courier collection, personal collection

Question: What payment methods do you offer:

Answer: Our on-line store has card payment options or EFT options availble.

Question: Can I place a order and pay when I receive my order?

Answer: Unfortunately not, we only process your order once we have received the payment.

Queston: Can I cancel my order for a full refund?

Answer: Ready Made Growing Kits - Yes, only if the order was 5 or less kits

               Spawn - Yes, only if the order was 5 or less 2kg bags, over 5 bags we will only be able to refund 80% paid.

Question:How do I ensure that I get regular spawn orders without a long waiting period?

Answer: We add you onto our schedule to ensure that your next spawn is ready by when you will need it, with out the waiting period.

NOTE:

All orders placed take 15 - 25 days from receiving proof of payment, due to all orders being made fresh. We may at times have orders available within 5 - 7 days but we will communicate early availablility personally with you.  If you would like to order regularly we can add you to our schedule and you will be certian of regular stock as per when you need it.
